11-24 Device Status and Troubleshooting
Recording Log Files to a Disc
You will use the Record Logs utility only if Codoncis Technical
Support asks you to send them a disc with the system logs for
diagnostic purposes.
You must be logged in as a user with administrator privileges to run
this utility.
1. Verify that no jobs are currently being processed and no studies
are being received.
2. Touch the
Utilities
button.
The Utilities screen displays.
3. If not already displayed, touch the
Diagnostics
tab.
4. In the Record Logs panel, touch the
Record
button.
CAUTION
Virtua log files might contain patient information. Use caution when
distributing log files.
